University Columns offers a variety of apartments, and a fantastic program of events to keep you entertained, right on the NSU campus. You’ll have plenty of great opportunities to make the most of student life!
University Place provides several living learning communities, great facilities, and an exciting residential life program, all with a convenient on-campus location.
Per University of Louisiana System policy, all unmarried, full-time undergraduate students are required to live on campus unless they qualify for an exemption. Exemptions may include:

Note: Signing an off-campus lease does not automatically exempt students from housing requirements.
Housing applications for Fall 2025–Spring 2026 open January 8 at 9:00 AM.
Applications are processed only after payment is received. Room assignments and roommate selection will be shared via the email address listed on your application.
