NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Counseling and Career Services will sponsor the annual Fall Career Fair Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Friedman Student Union Ballroom.

The Career Fair is for juniors and seniors at NSU who want to explore career opportunities, full-time jobs, internships, graduate and professional schools, career paths and volunteer opportunities.

More than 40 companies, government agencies and universities registered to attend the Fall Career Fair, according to Randi Washington of NSU’s Career Center. Students can access the list of employers and learn more about those companies by signing into their Handshake account using their student email address and viewing the event.

Scheduled participants in the Career Fair will include Academic Partnerships – Business Amerisafe, Baton Rouge General Medical Center, CGI, City Year, Cleco Corporate Holdings, LLC Crest Industries, LLC, the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Enterprise Rent-Car, Fastenal Company- Branch, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, Fresenius Medical Care North America, The Gallaspy College of Education at NSU, General Dynamics Information Technology, Glorieta Camps, Heart of Hospice, KTBS-TV, LA Workforce Commission, the Louisiana Legislative Auditor, Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions, Paul M. Hebert (LSU) Law Center, LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans and LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport and Louisiana Tech University.
