NATCHITOCHES – Two online phlebotomy technician training courses will be held in late September through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education.

Each course will be a combination of online and face to face instruction. A phlebotomy technician training course will be held in Natchitoches starting Sept. 21 and on NSU’s Cenla campus in Alexandria at 1410 Neel Kearby Blvd. beginning Sept. 28.

Classes will be offered online through Moodle. The skills portion for the Natchitoches course will be on Nov. 2, 4 and 6 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. in South Hall. The skills portion for the Alexandria class will be on Nov. 9, 11 and 13 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Facial coverings are required and safe distancing will be observed.
