Due to Banner capability and some changes to our Financial Aid regulations, use of the on-line attendance reporting system will no longer be required.
Attendance must be taken each class period for ftf classes, but there is no need to enter it into the system. Please keep up with your attendance records; however, as you will be required to submit the last date of attendance for any student who earns an I, IP, F, or a W when you enter your grades in Banner/Web for Faculty. On-line attendance can be easily retrieved through Moodle for last date of attendance information.
Attendance records are crucial for grade appeals, so please keep up with this material.
You can print a copy of your class roster from NSUConnect and use that to mark attendance in class, or you can create and pass a sign-in sheet. Attendance records should be kept for at least three years.

Faculty hired beginning fall 2012 will be unable to access this system. Please contact your dean/department head to discuss the submission of your Faculty Productivity Report in a Word document. This system is being replaced by TaskStream, the accreditation management system recently purchased by the University. During the spring 2013 semester, there will be information/training regarding the use of TaskStream.
