La. State Rep. for District 18 Jeremy LaCombe, a Northwestern State University graduate, worked with administrators from several local and state agencies to coordinate delivery of 185,000 bottles of water to drop-off locations in Natchitoches, Caddo and Bossier parishes to alleviate shortages in areas that were without water or under a boil advisory following last week’s ice storm.
