On-campus residential accommodations at Northwestern State University are comprised of three communities (villages), University Columns, University Place and Varnado Hall Residential College for Creative and Performing Arts. Properties are managed by the University’s housing partner, Campus Living Villages.

Housing for Spring 2019

Housing Applications for Spring 2019 are available. At this time, housing options are limited. If you need to apply for housing, please contact the Office of Housing & Residence Life via email at [email protected] to request an application or click on this link and email your application to us. A member of the Leasing staff will work with you on your options for housing for the spring.

Housing for Fall 2019-20

The Fall 2019 housing process will go live on January 9th, 2019. As the date approaches, please continue to check the website for important information that will make your on campus experience the best possible. We are getting ready for the upcoming year and cannot wait to see you in the Fall of 2019!

Living Learning Communities & Special Interest Housing

NSU Living – Learning Communities (LLCs) are great places to begin and continue your college career! The LLCs are located in residence halls where students request to live near each other. They share a particular interest in academics, social and cultural issues and activities.
