NATCHITOCHES – The applied trumpet studio of Northwestern State University Associate Professor of Music Galindo Rodriguez will present a series of recitals during the fall Semester. The studio includes majors in music performance, music education and music business. Each recital will be in Magale Recital Hall and begins at 5:30 p.m. Those performing are from left Ivan Lorduy-Camargo and Sadoc Silva-Calderon of Cartegena, Colombia, on October 17, Juan Guillermo Arrietta of Cartegena, Colombia, and Luis Cervantes of Houston on November 15, Chirstina Colley of Henderson, Texas, and  Matt Howeth of Lavon, Texas,  on November 8, Syroi Webb of West Monroe and Josh Monoghan of Lafayette on November 4 and Kelsey Harlow of Shreveport and Ben Wilkinson of Bossier City on November 10. Admission to each recital is free and open to the public.
