NATCHITOCHES – The Oct. 8 performance by Northwestern State University faculty member D’nissa Hester has been postponed due to Hurricane Delta. Plans are to reschedule it at a later date.

Modern in Motion VIII dance concert rescheduled for Oct. 16-17

NATCHITOCHES – The Modern in Motion VIII dance concert has been rescheduled for Oct. 16-17 due to Hurricane Delta. Performance times are Friday, Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct.17 at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the Fleur de Lis Stage on the Downtown Riverbank in Natchitoches.

NATCHITOCHES – A beginning ceramics class, “Playing in the Mud,” will be offered through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement starting Thursday, Oct. 15. NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University Professor of Flute Dennette McDermott and Professor of Bassoon Douglas Bakenhus took part in a video recording concert with the Austin Baroque Orchestra that recently was posted online.
