Notary Public Exam Prep Course to begin March 4 

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning and Global Education will offer a Notary Public Exam Prep Course starting Tuesday, March 4.  The early bird fee is $430 until Feb. 26 and $450 after that date.
