Percussion Ensemble wins international competition

NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State University Percussion Ensemble won the Concert Chamber Percussion Ensemble Competition held at the Percussive Arts Society International Competition (PASIC) in Indianapolis.

Alpha Phi Alpha toy drive will benefit CASA children

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Theta Chi chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity is holding a toy drive to benefit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) children and will collect toys through Dec. 6 at several drop-off locations around Natchitoches.
