Positive trends apparent as Northwestern State University announces Fall 2024 enrollment

NSU Jazz Orchestra to present concert Sept. 19

NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State University Jazz Orchestra will present a concert on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Magale Recital Hall. Admission is free and open to the public. A live stream of the concert will be available at nsula.edu/capa/capalivestream. Associate Professor of Music Galindo Rodriguez will conduct the orchestra.

Scholarship honoring Dr. Marcus Jones will benefit first generation students

Line dance class to begin Sept. 17

NATCHITOCHES – A line dancing class will be offered by Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education starting Tuesday, Sept. 17. Donors announce FAUNA Vet Tech Scholarship

NATCHITOCHES – Cammie Henry visited Northwestern State University’s Department of Veterinary Technology Sept. 4 to deliver a contribution and announce the Friends All United for Natchitoches Animals (FAUNA) Vet Tech Scholarship Fund. FAUNA is a Natchitoches-based animal advocacy and rescue group that has worked with NSU’s Vet Tech program for about 15 years.
