Cane River Brewing will serve the brewery’s Brown Ale, American Pale Ale, Demon Lager and LoCal at the fourth annual Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood festival.  From left are Jill Bankston and Cori Ragan, CRB Owner Justin Krouse and Cristy Bernard.  Flavor of Louisiana will take place in Prather Coliseum Friday, April 3 and will feature seafood dishes prepared by chefs from around the state along with craft beers, specialty cocktails, desserts, music, raffles and more. All proceeds benefit student scholarships and academic programming at NSU.
