Fontenot’s Cajun Café will serve seafood pasta to guests at Flavor of Louisiana, the Northwestern State University Foundation’s spring seafood festival and fundraiser.  From left are NSU Development staff Cori Ragan, Jill Bankston and Erin Dupree with Fontenot’s owners Ginny and Lee Waskom.   Flavor of Louisiana will take place from 6-10 p.m. Friday, April 3 in Prather coliseum and will feature seafood dishes prepared by chefs from around the state.  Tickets to Flavor of Louisiana are $65 per individual and $125 per couple.
