Savoie’s Catering of Shreveport will serve marinated crab fingers and boiled shrimp during Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s fourth annual seafood festival that will take place from 6-10 p.m. Friday, April 3 in Prather Coliseum.  Savoie’s will be among dozens of chefs and restauranteurs from around the state offering samplings of seafood dishes, along with craft beers and cocktails, coffees and desserts, teas and lemonade and choices for non-seafood diners.  Owner and NSU alum Gerald Savoie is a long-time support of NSU and is pictured with Development Staff Cori Ragan and Erin Dupree.  Tickets to Flavor of Louisiana are $65 per individual and $125 per couple.
