Mariner’s Restaurant will serve seafood paella during Northwestern State University’s fourth annual Flavor of Louisiana, a seafood festival and fundraiser set for 6 p.m. Friday, April 3 in Prather Coliseum.  Guests will be able to sample seafood dishes, craft beers, cocktails, desserts, silent auctions, raffles, music and more during the event, which benefits student scholarships.
