Graduates will not be limited to the number of guests in attendance.
Guests will be directed to seating but will not be required to sit together. Saving seats will not be allowed. Guests are asked to remain seated for the duration of the ceremony.

Participation in commencement is mandatory for Fall graduates. However, if a problem arises and you are unable to attend, notify the University Registrar’s Office in writing no later than December 1, 2025. Please list your full name, campus wide ID number or social security number, the address to which you want your diploma mailed, and sign your statement. Mail or fax the notice to the University Registrar’s Office. A form letter is provided here for your convenience.

Undergraduate candidates will enter the Coliseum on the west side, the side facing the Kappa Sigma House.
Graduate School Candidates, Faculty, and stage party will enter on the east side of Prather Coliseum, the side facing the tennis courts.
Guests for graduates with last names beginning with A-L should use entrance and exits on the east side of Prather Coliseum, the side facing the tennis courts.
Guests for graduates with last names beginning with M-Z should use entrance and exits on the west sideof Prather Coliseum, the side facing the Kappa Sigma House.
ADA accessibility entrance is located at the main entrance(front) of Prather Coliseum. This entrance is for ADA Access Only.
Yes. As a Summer 2023 NSU graduate, you are invited to attend the Fall 2023 Commencement Ceremonies. You must complete and return a Commencement Attendance Form to the University Registrar’s Office no later than Friday, December 1, 2023 to participate in the ceremony. The form may be found here under Candidate Information or on the University Registrar’s web page https://www.nsula.edu/registrar/ under Graduation Information.
