HR Policies, Procedures, Forms, and Resources

The Office of Human Resources develops and maintains policies and procedures related to HR functions and responsibilities.  Forms and other resources are often needed to complete a procedure or to fully understand a policy.

  • For questions on a document, please contact the person listed in the “Information and Assistance” section of that document.
  • Sometimes procedures may involve both HR and another office. In these cases, HR policy and procedure may reference or link to documentation from other offices.
