Institutional Effectiveness and Human Resources

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Human Resources is an administrative service and support unit for Northwestern State University. Its mission is to provide all university units with information to be used in decision-making and evidence-based planning. The office collects, analyzes, reports, and disseminates data on behalf of the university and supports all university units in assessment-based improvement efforts. Reporting of information complies with federal and state regulations.

Additionally, this unit oversees the functions of Human Resources and Institutional Effectiveness.
