Maggio’s is a chef/vendor for Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood extravaganza and fundraising celebration set to take place at 6 p.m. Friday, April 8 in Prather Coliseum. Maggio’s will have multiple bar stations set up at the food festival and will also be serving their Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters. Pictured from left are Cristy Bernard, Jill Bankston, Austin Niette and Sharon Leone.  In addition to craft beers, specialty cocktails and other beverages, Flavor of Lousiana’s main feature is the variety of Louisiana seafood samplings prepared by chefs and restauranteurs from around the state.
