Mama’s Oyster House and Papa’s Bar and Grill in downtown Natchitoches will be among the featured restaurants participating in Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood fund raiser and celebration of spring.  Mama’s and Papa’s are also a Bayou Sponsor for the event that will feature Louisiana seafood, along with entertainment, prizes and more.
