Purple Pizzazz Pom Line

The Purple Pizzazz Pom Line is the official spirit hostess of Northwestern State University who loves performing and showcasing their spirit for the NSU Demons. They are an elite team of entertaining and strong performers with collegiate professionalism. All members receive a scholarship, but must enroll in the varsity dance and pep band classes as well as maintain a 2.0 semester and cumulative GPA. As a member of the pom line, there are many benefits such as performances at all home basketball and football games, opportunities for campus and community service, involvement on campus, and more. Since 1969, the Purple Pizzazz Pom Line has loved the tradition of showing their spirit for purple and white, cheering on the Demons, and serving as a representative of Northwestern State University.
