NATCHITOCHES – Shawn Daily of Natchitoches, an Edward Jones financial advisor, is a title sponsor for Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood festival and most popular fund raiser.  Daily has been a title sponsor of Flavor of Louisiana since the event’s inception in 2017, as well as a long-time supporter of student scholarships and other events at NSU. Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser will return at special guest.

Phil and Mary Lou Brown are Bayou ($2,500) sponsors of Flavor of Louisiana, and will receive seating for eight, priority parking, media promotion and other perks. Dr. and Mrs. Brown have been loyal supporters of NSU. Flavor of Louisiana will take place March 17 in Prather Coliseum.

Flavor of Louisiana will be Friday, March 17 in Prather Coliseum.  Doors open at 6 p.m. but Louisiana sponsors ($5,000), Bayou sponsors ($2,500) and Magnolia sponsors ($1,000) will be treated to a sponsors-only happy hour from 5-6 p.m., along with signage, media promotions and a special gift.

Louisiana sponsorship also comes with reserved seating for 10, priority parking and priority service.  Bayou sponsors will get reserved seating for eight and priority parking. Magnolia sponsors will get reserved seating for four.

Flavor of Louisiana is presented in partnership with the Louisiana Seafood Board and will feature samples of Louisiana seafood dishes prepared by chefs from around the state, along with selections for non-seafood eaters, craft beers, specialty cocktails, coffee and specially prepared desserts.
