NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement will offer a Basic Microsoft Excel Skills course on Oct. 28-29 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Room 106 of South Hall. The fee is $129.

The class will provide participants the opportunity to learn how to create and format a basic Excel worksheet. They will learn how to enter and edit cell data (labels & values), create and display basic formulas (add (sum), subtract, multiply, divide), manage columns and rows and select, move, copy and paste data (ranges). The class will also teach participants how to apply cell styles, alignment and font options, apply number formats, manage work (insert, delete, copy, move, rename, group), page setup options and preview and print a worksheet

If time allows, this course will provide participants the opportunity to explore additional Excel features.
