Welcome to the Fitness and Wellness Department at the WRAC! Fitness and Wellness can mean many things to many people. To us, this means taking care of our bodies both mentally and physically through proper diet, exercise, and healthy habits. We know that staying well is an important aspect of life, yet because of its many components and the diverse nature of our campus community, it is difficult to construct one definition of fitness and wellness that applies to all.
