NSU’s Spring 2022 semester will begin Jan. 10

NATCHITOCHES – Classes at Northwestern State University will resume Monday, Jan. 10 for the Spring 2022 semester. Registration for classes will be available through Sunday, Jan. 9 with late registration continuing through Jan. 19. Students are encouraged to meet with academic advisors to schedule classes. Ceramics class to begin Jan. 13

NATCHITOCHES – A beginning ceramics class, “Playing in the Mud,” will be offered through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning & Global Engagement starting Thursday, Jan. 13. The class will be offered on Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. through Feb. 17 in Room 113 of the Fine Arts Annex.

NSU awards diplomas to Fall, Summer 2021 graduates

NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University awarded 662 degrees to 656 graduates during Fall 2021 Commencement exercises with four ceremonies held over two days, Dec. 15-16. NSU also awarded 412 degrees to 409 Summer 2021 graduates. It was the first commencement program presided over by Dr. Marcus Jones, who was named NSU’s 20^th president in November.
