Nathan James, an education and workforce policy advisor to Gov. Bobby Jindal, visited Northwestern State University Tuesday to gain an overview of the University and learn more about some of the innovative partnerships NSU has formed with area business and industry to support economic development. James met with administrators, faculty innovators and department heads during a tour of campus. James spent time with Engineering Technology faculty and met with Weyerhaeuser employees and Reliability Solutions staff members who were attending a class in the Department.
