Manually placing yourself into “Do Not Disturb” status is the prescribed method. The default “Busy” will not prevent calls or notifications.  Currently this is a manual process. We look forward to Microsoft developing more options around this feature in the future.

Headsets are available at the warehouse and will be billed back to your department. Additionally, any headset can be used so long as it is recognized by Windows 11.

Handsets will be available for purchase via a quote from our existing vendor. If you would like a quote please create a ticket for the networking team and they will provide it to you.

Yes. you no longer need to use the 8 or 9 prefix. Local calls are 7 digits. Long distance calls are 10 digits. Extension dialing between all campuses will use 4 digits.

Should you have an issue with your service, calls not connecting, dialing issues, etc. create a ticket for the Networking team. Should your issue revolve around your headset or handset, then you will create a ticket for the Faculty/Staff Helpdesk.
